At Mikaela Designs, every piece is made to order — all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, including names, dates, wording, colors, and any other customization selections. A digital design proof will be provided for your review prior to production. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof before production begins. Mikaela Designs is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer.

Color & Material Variations

Cast acrylic may vary slightly in color, texture, or finish, and colors may appear differently across screens and devices. Minor variations are considered normal and are not grounds for a return or refund.
