Is shipping or local delivery available?

At this time, all orders are available for local pickup only. You'll receive a pickup notification email once your order is ready.  Pick-up is available Monday-Saturday from 7:30am-5:00pm at Taylor Rental North Kingstown, 7785 Post Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852.

How far in advance should I order before my event?

I recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before your event date to allow time for proofing, any revisions, production, and pickup.

Working with a shorter timeline? Please contact me before purchasing. If I am able to accommodate your requested event date, I'll be happy to discuss available options. Rush availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed, but I will always do my best to help.

How should I care for my acrylic sign?

To keep your sign looking its best, wipe it down with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or rough materials that could scratch the surface. Store flat or upright in a safe location away from direct heat or sunlight for long-term display.

What is you return policy?

Every piece is made to order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once an order has been placed. Please review your proof carefully before approving.
